Eaves is havin' a game

When we get bodies back, the team will continue to improve. The big problem all year was different lines every night due to guys dropping like flies. Look now, we've had the same line up for a little while (although depleted) and the team has been playing better each night for the most part. a couple of 1-0 losses against the type of teams we lost them to with our line up is a sign of good things to come IMO.

We are out of the playoffs right now, but that is due to not playing. We have 2 games in hand on the Rags, and 3 games in hand on the Leafs. Tonight's win would be huge

My god who do I have to kill to get a Wings feed on Center Ice. Even when they are home, it's almost ALWAYS the opponents feed. Definitely going with Game Center next season where I can actually have a choice.

Pretty sure Ryan Miller had a lot more to do with that than anything. Brodeur was awful in the first game vs the US. You better hope Miller can repeat that performance because that's the only shot Team USA has. Edit: At medaling in general, not particularly against Canada

Bring it I cannot wait for a Canada vs USA showdown lol. It is always a lot of fun!

Smith/Carlo

So much improvement from Howie and Cleary. Even though Cleary gets a lot of hate around here, we're gonna need him playing at his best come April. Players like him are difference makers (in a bottom 6 role, of course). A lot of good signs all around these past couple games. But I was thinking about it, and even 5 years ago when everyone loved him, he was still kind of a slow starter. Nothing like this season of course. But it always seemed to be the second half of the season when he would begin to really heat up and consistently put up points. Edit: Forgot to mention Quincey here as well. He and Smith have been playing very solid when not paired together.

I always want gamecenter, but then i think of that and end up with center ice.

Cleary to Z! Very nice

I 100% think that was his issue. Putting too much pressure on himself to make that team. Ever since new years day he has been playing fantastic, like the weight is finally off of his shoulders. Also no longer having HBO around probably helps a lot as well

Im on Center Ice sadly, but I already turned it into a drinking game which is sad as I am watching the game alone due to crazy blizzard times knocking out the power in most of the city ever since 9am this morning which i figured I'd mention in this unnecessary run on sentence.

These Dallas announcers are brutal. Complaining about calls against Dallas, accusing the Wings of diving. It's rather annoying.
