I think since the wings were facing the wind, that had a factor with two bad goals. And if the wings score a ton of goals in the second when the hawks are facing the wind then that obviously was the case. Of Course it doesn't help with bad calls either. Wings will still win this game, the hawks can't hold a lead for s*** against us. -

I like this signing if Lilja gets traded, but lets be honest it will be one of our young D-men to be traded, Quincy or Meech the frontrunners. I like Cheli but I just don't see the need for him anymore. And don't tell me Leadership cuz lets face it Lidstrom is the best d-man to learn from. Cheli said he wants to go to the Blackhawks in some capacity someday, let him go now.

Yes especially with the defense we have and the offense we have, its pretty much the same great team with an upgrade with Hossa.

If anyone can make Hossa, Zetterberg, and Franzen work its Holland. If Hossa is the odd man out which is pretty obvious, then who cares, enjoy the year that he's here. If everyone plays as well as they did last year, its gonna be a fun year of tons of highlight plays.

You know I forgot all about the Osgood figure from a few years ago when he played for the Islanders, I wonder why we haven't gotten a repaint of Ozzy. McFarlane never wastes time to repaint Sakic, Forseberg, and Pronger.

I collect these as well, I have all the Red Wings except the variant Hasek form series 2. I'm looking forward to the Lidstrom 2. They should do another 3 pack with a Stanley Cup Champions theme to it. We'd probably get a Hossa before a Franzen or a Holmstrom, usually thats how McFarlane does things. I can see it now, in series 21 it will be Marian Hossa in a Wings uniform and the variant will be in a Pens uniform.

In 5 yrs we will see what happens, I like Miller, but all the talk of signing him was just stupid, especially with Howard waiting for a chance, and not to mention Zetterberg and Franzen still need to be signed, next year.

Well I can say that the curse doesn't work cuz i watched the youtube video of the 97 brawl with Colorado before every game against the Avs. We ended up sweeping them and we also won the cup. So I guess that curse is a bunch of BS.

I say make him honor the last year of his contract then let him go back to Russia. Obviously thats were he'd rather be, unless they can swing a trade, maybe he'd stay in the NHL if it was on a different team, one that contends every year.

I like Lecavalier, but odds are he'll be traded before the end of his career, probably when he starts to decline in scoring when he gets older. 11 years is a long time to dedicate to an expansion team if you ask me.

Neil can score too, not alot of scoring, but more than Downey and Mac. I don't see that happening though. It would be nice to see a Neil for Lilja trade, but the Sens would probably want Meech or Ericsson or a combination of 2 though.

I can't wait to see Melrose and the Bolts fail miserably. Spending money just to spend money, they should have put some money into the defense.
