lol, yeah I'm happy to see Malkin and Crosby on the top line.. with the way Malkin has been playing defensively (slow and lazy), this should be good news for the Wings.

I was at the game and the crowd absolutely blew up when Dats decided he was going to fight back.. when roberts hit the deck, oh man! It was like the crowds noise level doubled! Best game I've ever been at! AMAZING!!

Don't know if you were asking me specifically, but IMO its not going be much of a bruiser. Sure there are going to be hits flying at times, but neither of our teams will benifit playing the physical side more than the skill side.. so they won't do it. I expect it to get a bit chippy though, esp. if malkin and or crosby are getting hit hard consistantly like I expect they will be. -
Did Pitt fans just do this during the Flyers series? Because I thought I heard it several times. But that aside, I still would love to hear a different chant. I don't know why we don't do more as a crowd. Its pretty much, "let's go wings" and "Ozzie" All it would take is a notecard or something at every chair listing several chants. Then people would know what was going on.

I completely disagree with that. Mac has been awful and I'm not just talking about the penalties.. he's Chelios slow and shoots it every time because he doesn't have the skill to spin and look for space and the pass. That fourth line would be much better off with Maltby than Mac IMO

We'll see how they do against Homer If you've watched a lot of our games you'd see typically the more you try to get rid of Homer the more problems you make for yourselves because it just creates more traffic and distractions right infront of your goalie. Here's hoping Franzen is back for this reason as well. He's built just the same and is tough to move in there, just like Homer

Thats something I don't think has been talked about too much. I don't think Fleury has seen anywhere near as much traffic and shots as the Wings will dish out on him. He's young and is bound to get aggitated by the '96' that will be parked infront of him all night

Thats really what I'm expecting. I think the guys will be flying out there and nearly everyones game will be stepped up. As for goal scorers, I think if Hudler sees more 3rd line time with some skill guys he'll put in some goals for sure. I don't expect the Pens to playing a very physical game which will suit Hudler.
