That may be so, but I don't see why there would be a problem with the Pistons playing at Gordie Howe Arena. Sure, they don't have any direct connection with Mr. Hockey, but the Wings have been playing at Joe Louis Arena for 37 years and nobody seemed to mind

(Disclaimer: I'm a Packers fan) Lambeau has been renovated quite a few times and is now one of the most aesthetically pleasing stadiums around (though I don't like the new addition they did recently with the new seats). Here's the only stadium evolution video I could find to show the changes (it's a crap video but gets the point across). I share the concerns of everybody else. We went from have a really sweet state of the art new arena with an LED roof. Now we have a short guy in a toga holding a pizza on the roof to go along the one of the most embarrassing stadium names. Now on top of that they have to share the arena with the a basketball team and have all their stupid basketball banners and merchandise and memorabilia... I feel like we've been conned. We were sold one thing, now they're making a ton of changes in the middle of the ******* construction! To be honest, I'm not even looking forward to the "Pepperoni Palace" anymore.

So who's going to throw a fit about how aggressive Howard was there?

I just gotta say (and I know this won't be popular) but I really wish Mikey Redmond would just retire already. I know he said it should be a goal, I mean we all knew it had to be in the net, but it seemed like he whined about it (and not having the replay the NHL had) for a solid ten minutes. Then he continued to whine about after the league sent them the replay. And as some of us pointed out, you could see the puck on the replay FSD already had and were showing! I can only imagine how ridiculous that sounded to fans of any other team who don't listen to him often and I can't imagine that the league was too happy about getting s*** on by him even though they got the call right.

Yeah you could see the puck kinda sliding across Mrazek's back before he fell backwards and you can see it ended up by his left armpit

Also nice to see Howard moving the puck up on the PK. Saves a lot of time as opposed to how he always just let it come to him or stopped it behind the net and leaving it for the D to pick up
