I suppose bad calls are something you have to play through. We've seen it even in the Colorado rivalry but I think they have been particularly bad in the Anaheim series. Working the refs is part of the game today, I guess.

Lidstrom. He scored the game winner in the first game against Anaheim and he set up the game winner in game 7. We got through Anaheim without our #2 and #6 defensemen and no Kris Draper. Osgood was MVP last game.

Call me an activist but it's the propaganda model. The reffiing has been biased and if you added up similar infractions between the two teams you would see a favor of one team over the other. It keeps the games close and the game exciting for the biggest demographic possible. I don't know about complaining too much now. Anaheim was the series to get upset about. It's not that hard to believe when you consider what Don Cherry said about Ovechkin earlier this year compared to what happened to Avery for what he said.
