agreed. tatar will hit. he will dive onto the ice to make a play and he is super pumped every goal he scores. he does have some dumb plays but nyquist just seems to be getting worse or not giving a s***. hes frustrated himself you can tell

this was more than just a disappointing loss to me. if you look into the future there isnt much. i use to look forward to every damn game days in advance. call me a bad fan but i cant watch a team struggle every night and suck its just too frustrating for me just isnt fun for me and makes me way too cranky. i put way too much emotion into these games. if no changes and datsyuk leaves this team will be just like toronto next season. go big holland or go home. good luck in the future datsyuk and detroit

I dont really know. Just because youre a veteran doesnt make you a leader. when i think of a captain i think of a guy who gets everyone hyped up in the locker room when their down/before a big game. can make a huge play to get a team back in a game. i always thought Z was a quiet guy kind of a lead by example guy like most captains in the NHL. but he cant lead by example anymore. like lids he was quiet but he led by example. he made the big play when needed up until the day he retired.

i completely agree but their GM has balls and isnt afraid to make trades so if the time came maybe he trades them off, ala ladd and big buff i forget their contracts but if the GM was smart he would've significantly decreased their cap in the latter.
