I was afraid this might happen ... easy pickin 2 pts usually turn out to be a disappointment. Outshot 27 to 10 in the first 2 periods ??!! Only positive, great tying goal by the Euro Twins. Relieved that we got one ... but once we tied it, with the fragile mental state of Canucks, we should have been able to win it in OT or shootout. -

Oh well, you win some and you lose some. Would have been nice if they could have kept the 2-0 lead to get the W but 3 points out of 4 in 2 back to back is fine. -

Bit weak ... one point came on a hand pass in the defensive zone, another was off a goalie interference, a few was off an empty netter. For heaven's sakes, someone shut out the Hawks for a game pleeeze. -

We must be as popular as the Leafs to get so many back to back Fri - Sat games on our schedule. Would love to see us get on some sort of consistent streak here but if keep on pattern of W, L, W, L ... then this one will be a downer. -

Just checked boxscore .. DAMN, we are officially crappy. I'm surprised at how bad this team is playing. I see that the 7 year contract man the only one to score. -
If he can continue to perform at this level ... great signing. But for some reason, once you lock up someone long term with lots of zero's behind it ... the security of the contract makes players lazy. Must be human nature. Hope this doesn't turn out to be Franzen v2.0.
