cusimano_brothers replied to SportsRadioDetroit's topic in General
I consider this a worthwhile bump; Mr. Duff's book 50 Greatest Red Wings gets it's official launch next week. At least that's what he said during the radio broadcast interview last night. Here is a tease from the Windsor Star, as well as dates and locations of a couple of book signings. -
When Dave Feschuk uses this article's headline in today's Toronto Star: Mike Babcock’s decision to coach Canada’s World Cup entry fuelled by ego it does get your attention.

Wings great Gordie Howe resting after 'serious stroke'
cusimano_brothers replied to DatsyukianDekes's topic in General
Good article appeared in today's Toronto Star on the procedure Mr. Howe went through and what they found afterwards. Quote of the article from Dr. Steven Cramer, a neurologist at University of California Irvine, who was brought in to look at the findings from his case: -

Theo Moudakis, Toronto Star, 05/03/2015. The only good news going on with the Maple Leafs are the announcements of past players being honoured on "Legends Row", in front of the Air Canada Centre. Sadly, Google gets a real workout by fans who don't know who they are.
