This is the first time I've actually been disgusted this year with this team. They look like they are throwing this one away and playing for another day. The PP clearly needs changing. Scoring chances not good enough. Why in the world is Smith playing with Kindl and Marchneko after the success the Green Smith pair had? Put Kronwall on the second pair. He is awful and slow and might be able to salvage his season against lesser competition. -

I don't like a match penalty for that at all. I think it's totally ridiculous to expect players to walk on egg shells like this. What are we going to start calling butts to the head now? Give me a break. Muzzins job is to not let Gordon get by him and to hold the puck in the zone. If Gordon doesn't fall there's a shoulder check and possibly head contact.
