Think the system we have for playoffs works fine and makes for a more interesting season. I see no reason for restructuring our playoff qualification system in order to make an exhibition game more interesting.

I think we have to keep him for the cup run then cut our losses in the summer. Unless someone is daft enough to trade for his rights before free agency I don't see us getting anything for him. Honestly I'm ok with that, not every player has to retire a wing, we brought him in 08 we won the cup. Job done, move on. Edit: grammar

Beat me to it. I'm sure management will be considering it. I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the Winged Wheel next year. I'm not moved either way but there's bound to be a few guys here would hate that, but if he's going to put up numbers like that a reasonably priced contract would not be out of the question.

Hey guys, not sure if this is really in the right part of the forum (if it isn't just delete it). Was just wondering if anyone knows much about Matt Siddall he played the last two years for Victoria Salmon Kings and has just signed for my team in Scotland the Fife Flyers, his stats look pretty good on hockeydb but was hoping someone had seem him play. Is he any good?

Just wee update on Sids, he has 25 points in 25 games and has been made assistant coach. The Fife Flyers have dreadful thus far but Sids along with his fellow former VSK Mike Hamilton have lit the league up.

Would you say the head is the principle point of contact? That's the phrase Shanny seems to love, it looks to me as if that's the case. Don't get me wrong I thought it was a great hit but.I wouldn't be surprised if he got a suspension.

I believe the old ones got so hot they melted the casing, that's why they got replaced by these energy efficient ones. There's pictures on the twitter feed, would post link but genuinely don't know how to lol.

That's great cheers man, kind of sounds like what we need if he has toned down the undisciplined penalties. Now all we need is another 16 players or so lol.
