Disciplinary procedure at the NHL is so arbitrary, anything could happen. I can post two or three hits by Bolts worse than Kronner's last night, but there was no talk of suspension. It depends on who you are, perhaps, whether the hammer falls. Either way, if we can't win tomorrow, with or without Kronner, it matters litte.

Assuming the Wings will win in Tampa may be a false premise. I do wish they had shown up the first period. I have a feeling I will have all summer to wish that, among other things.

Dangerous combination. Coach is not delusional, he's trying to get his players to have a pulse. They've done nothing worthy of moving on in the playoffs, whereas the Wings are getting better every game - as it should be! I also fear for our players, since it's been my observation since game one that the Blots are targeting our players with intent to injure. Hasn't worked so far, but they will be desperate tonight, so Wings -- heads up and defend! Shoot the puck, play your game. LGRW! You got this!!

Sens should hold their heads high. Quick whistle and calls in Price's favor (he is the Chosen One, after all) cost them their momentum - they played well and Habs did not deserve this series win. They are imminently beatable... I hope we get to eliminate them.

Bottom line: the Blots have no answers for a Wings team that plays the entire 60 minutes. I believe that lesson has been learned by our guys. This was a HUGE win, no matter how you look at it.

I am so proud of this team and how they ignored the potential effect of the meltdown last game... and destroyed the Blots. Awesome stuff. Happy birthday to me! They did it and won for me, and I could not be happier right now. Stars #1 Mraz (duh), Kronner #2, and E #3. I can't really argue with that... although I thought Miller (and his line - Landon and Glenny) pretty much are the x-factor vs the Blots. I will be happy to claim Monday as my "2nd birthday" if it helps. LGRW!!!

This game will be the test - do the Wings belong in the hunt, or not? Of course they do! In my mind, this is a must-win... and it will be tough.
