Oh, that 4th line... Well, let's see if turkey hangover is an issue. Would love to see the same Wings that last played v. Boston, but it's new day. Early game, hope to see lots of LGW support, anyway. Go, Wings!!!

As I recall, the stuffing from inside the bird was sweeter. It's been decades since I had a homemade turkey with stuffing, but I will say inside. home made or store bought?

Yes. I am overburdened by passwords at work, have to actually keep a small notebook with all of them since they change constantly, and all are different systems. The person below me has a landline phone in their house.
-
No, I guess not, since I have no responsibilities. I am just staying home, so I will make a list of chores later. the person below me liked that jelly cranberry sauce from a can.
-
sour, I think. More innernesting. laptop or tablet?

Boston is not Buffalo. Reason enough for concern... hope we get lots of shots and GOOD chances tonight. We need this win.

I honestly think E will just get better, he's become quite dependable and solid out there. Happy with this signing!

I stayed at the Antheum in Greektown... gorgeous hotel, kind of $$ but I felt very safe, car as well. http://www.atheneumsuites.com/ The last time I journeyed to Motown last year, a bunch of us went to Cobo Joe's bar before the game. It was a blast. They poured alcohol on the bar, and lit it. Um. Yes, we lived to tell about it, obviously. It was a lot of fun. We went back after the game, but it wasn't as much fun. that's kind of all I've got. Have a blast!!

He has to bring Mule with him.

Red Wings players are perfectly safe out there, because the league's discipline policies are so strictly enforced. No one would dare elbow one of our top players in the face or smash his head into the glass, knowing they will be severely disciplined for the infraction.
-
I know the league is going to ignore this, since Pasha is just a Red Wing and probably we deserve this, somehow. But I would like to know, personally, if Shanahan thinks this is really OK?? Really??
-
No Bert and no Tootoo means other teams run amok with complete freedom to elbow our best players in the head and slash at least three players in the legs, with no penalties, and worse, no response from the players on the ice. Bert is the best we have in terms of showing some grit, let's face it. And then the Sens complain that the Wings dive, in a game they won. No one ever said hockey players are smart, necessarily. No respect for Giggles and his walrus-like coach. Wings better get a game plan together for December 1 in Ottawa, or it's not gonna be pretty. I've seen this team, first-hand, cave in to the home team when the returning "traitor" player is on the ice and the Wings ought to show up for him. Not pretty at all.

Better luck to us tomorrow night, it's Ugly Jersey Night in Buffalo! Go, Wings!! May the better Miller brother win!
-
hahahaha!! That is amazing, Gord. Babs akimbo!! Hope the Wings win this one for Alfie! Gus Gus with the GWG, again.

There is not a player on this roster who wants to drag the team down and who doesn't want the best for the Wings (and to win!!) - that includes Cleary. I like Cleary, always have - he has such a heart for the game. But I do wonder if he knows he's not contributing like he used to be able to. It's really not his fault that he keeps getting put out there on the ice -- but how does he recuse himself from playing and trying to do what is expected of him, even if he can't quite cut it now? Just taking the devil's advocate position. Do you suppose he knows he should probably be packing his bags?

that's a tall order for a medium sized Swede... but he could do it. I wonder what the issue is with the rest of them, that bringing up the best player from GR is supposed to be motivating and wake them up? Personally, much as I love them all (well, most of them), I don't see a leader who demands the best of himself -- and absolutely expects the rest of his team mates to play up to his standard. Haven't had that in a while, actualy....

I was looking forward to Gus-Gus, but I swear if they lose him over the fact that our regular shooters can't seem to find a goal, I will be beyond pissed off. Surely they're not that dumb, to expose Nyquist to waivers. But who knows?? I just hope they can find some happiness tonight, and win one. That is all.

Injured Danny DeKeyser out 3-6 weeks with separated shoulder, LTIR

I am beyond unhappy about this. DeKe was the player I was watching, every game, he is something special and will just get better. He's young, so I hope he heals fast. -
Gus-Gus Ahem, I didn't call him, I deny everything. But i am glad he will be up if even for a game. Show them all how it's done, Gus!!!

Need scoring to step up, and good performance from the D tonight. I am happy to have Kronner and E back out there together. Preds are missing Peckerini, but the back up goalie has been pretty good, too. Go, Wings!!
-
The need to practice shooting... the puck. I can't wait for the 24/7 series, for sure. This slump they're in... will be a distant memory, very soon. Go, Wings!
-
You didn't like Kronner's assist on the goal?
-
I suspect it's hard to play consistent, stellar goal when you know the team in front of you can only generate 2 goals, 3 at best - despite having chances over and over. Speaking of over... turn overs. Please stop that. Only Hasek had the ability to cover for a team to that degree, night after night. Howard is just fine, and not the problem here.

I can't say that I do or don't since I didn't see it. I liked the old hokey original one, though. I have 21,212 posts today. The person below me has more posts on LGW - and even less of a life than me!

Disney for me. Huge wedding or elope (and spend the money on something like house or vacation)?
