Bruins look tired... they're gonna get run over and be sorry they didn't go harder out there. I have already decided this Cup doesn't really count, due to the stupid lock out. Therefore any awards like MVP don't count either.

No arena and no Kipper. Not a good time to be a Flames fan. I feel bad for them, losing their memories and their barn... but hockey people are tough. They will figure out a way to carry on. I am very grateful that I made the trek several times to the Joe. There is literally nothing else like it, what special place! But I can see the benefits of the new venue and jobs brought in, etc., too. No stopping it, so I say embrace it, but never forget the magical place that was Joe Louis Arena.

OK, I cried... God, I love these guys. I can't wait for October! Thank YOU, my Wings, for a valiant heart-felt effort, in spite of the obstacles and injuries. I couldn't love you any more. I applaud all the local fans who went to games and cheered your hearts out for the Wings. See? They know you're there! I was sure that they did, and they appreciate it.
