Oh, sure. Tile and yinyl flooring, I've done. Carpeting, no. That's better left to professionals who can tote giant rolls of carpeting and have all the cool irons and tacking guns and stuff. The person below me likes bacon.

Hutchsky. Can they be in different places at the same time? OK. Starsky, I think. Rain, snow or sleet?

I think Jake is dead on with his comments. In no way would I rather have Eliot, over Murph (sentimental me), but I think you're right. Murph is a victim of the economy, like so many others. I can't see Eliot ever (EVER!!) replacing Mickey in terms of being awesome and the same level of on-air personality. No chance. I scrounge for FSD audio feeds with Ken n' Mick, because I am as addicted to them as I am to the team. But, time moves on and decisions are made. We don't have to like it, just have to accept in this case.

yep, lick out the filling, then put the cookies back together and munch. The person below me has stubbed their toe and said hockey words (not nice ones) recently.

Disposable, I think. Regular toothbrush or electric spin brush?

Today is Flip's birthday. He needs a couple of goals. And another one of these.

I just hope no one get injured coming out onto the ice. And I hope we win... we need 2 points. I think Tootoo's line will produce tonight. Don't ask me why, I just think so.

Selanne hints at retirement still being far off
puckloo39 replied to Hockeytown0001's topic in General
Good for him. And Anaheim. Class act, I tell ya. -
Were the "old" Wings of a decade ago just tougher, or were we just lucky? I don't recall ever seeing a roster as fragile as this one, this "season." I actually forgot Cocacola and Sammy were ever on the roster. Ridiculous, indeed. Feel better, Patty. If that boy didn't have bad luck, he'd have none at all.

Selanne hints at retirement still being far off

I have always had a huge hockey-crush on this man. I hope Teemu plays forever, or until he just doesn't want to anymore. He's a class act, through and through. -
I don't actually like either one. Anything that comes in those weird colors worries me. Gatorade, I guess, because it's fun to watch teams pour it over their coach's head when they win. single or married?

that would be good, actually, I want a cheesebooger. But I am too tired to go get one, so I will have something already here in the house. the person below me celebrates St. Patty's Day even though they have no Irish heritage to claim (perhaps you just like beer, of any color?)

If (and when) Datsyuk leaves, it will be on his own terms. It's pure speculation as to when and why, but I've seen other elite players make a move because the club doesn't get them the help they need to play up to the standards to which they hold themselves. It's got to be a grind for Pasha. A couple of times this year (last night being one of them), you could almost see on his face: "I have to do this, or no one else will... " His daughter is in Russia after his divorce, so I can see him leaving to be near her. He's a freaking rock star over there, and can play wherever he wants for as long as he wants, and live like a king in Mother Russia. As if Feds wouldn't give up some precious body part, to get Pasha back? From what I know of Datsyuk as a player, he will probably be loyal and retire a Red Wing, rather than go to some other NHL club. My heart couldn't take seeing him in another club's jersey, personally. I seriously doubt he's leaving because he's scared of being in the East. I hope he stays a few more seasons, but like someone else posted, I don't entertain unrealistic (wishful) notions that he will be a Wing until he's 50. I think missing the playoffs, should that happen, will be a catalyst one way or the other re: his departure.

If Babs sat Tootoo on purpose, I wish I knew his reasoning. He has more heart on a given shift than most of the more veteran Wings.
-
thanks for the GDT, Mike! At least you always show up, even if the Wings forget to sometimes... Hope Toots plays, he brings a spark to the game, and God knows, they need one. Flip with the GWG!

Terrible thought, even though you're probably right. I am so done with him.

I don't really have co-workers to job share with, but I always will work for a colleague who has family or kids or something else which needs attention. I would never expect anyone to cover for me, though. live with a feature you don't like or get surgery or whatever to fix it?
-
not a chance in a million zillion years. Um. Nope! The person below me has a distinctive family feature (i.e., nose, ears, etc.) which make it obvious you are part of your clan.

I have, and I still drive it 13 years later, my beloved Hank (Henry Honda III). The person below me prefers not to have a fuss made over them...
-
nope. why so negative? wet or dry?
-
I always look forward to your pictures, you have so much fun wherever you are! Looks like you had a blast!!

FSN is up and down but that's not necessarily bad today. You don't really want to see this..

The person above me missed my question, so I am going to recycle it. Nope, I am home and that's good, I have so much to do, no trips or visitors this weekend. The person below me has driven a muscle car, and liked it. Vrrooommm......
-
Not really. Dreaming of flying generally means you're in control of your life, and that is SO not the case here. LOL~ The person below me has driven a muscle car... and liked it.

Tennessee, but Mississippi is good too... many many consonants. Cowboys or Indians?
