Here is a really cool video of Formula One racer David Coulthard introducing Texas and the US to Formula One racing. The new track, going in down by our beautiful international airport south of town, is first class and cost a LOT of money. This video did, too, I am sure.. but shows some gorgeous footage of Austin and the track in progress. I am not a big fan, but i have to admit this is pretty exciting for the city and the sport, if you're into it.

Interesting choice. Cheese. Teddy bear or booboo Kitty?
-
Thought so, but it was just Rick Perry. No ammo, drat. The person below me drove more than 200 miles this weekend for Thanksgiving festivities.

Welcome to the forum, wish it was under better circumstances. I agree, the players have a right to be upset. I am pretty discouraged, myself, with each day bringing more bad news. I can easily imagine this situation lasting more than just this season. I am even watching football, I am so bored.

I love mashed taters and little green peas the best. Not a gravy fan usually. Gravy on dressing/stuffing is a good thing, however. regular milk or substitute, like soy or almond milk?
-
Yep, and then they came out with the phones which do exactly that, make a little noise and connect to another person. Who knew? The person below me can't wait for the invention of transporters, so we can skip TSA and the friggin' airports.

Such a child. Wonder if he will play again, if his paramour, Gary, ever lets us have hockey some day?
-
Vulcans, I love the cool intellect. Klingons are a bit more like hockey enforcers, though. hand-address your correspondence or print the envelopes on the computer printer?
-
yes! Blueberries and greek yogurt, makes purple pudding when you mix 'em up. The person below me missed the Wings every single day.

elk (B.P.O.E) crab or shrimp?
-
No, but i rode in my friend's brand new red BMW today, does that count? The person below me cuts their own hair.

I do on occasion, but not the really far-out alien gory ones... I liked all the Star Wars movies, and Avatar was great. The person below me likes craft shows and art fairs.
-
Not a fan of the movies/book, but Jacob, I guess. The guy that plays Edward (he's the vampire, right?) is funny looking. build it up or tear it down and start over?
-
my day just got a bit suckier... get well quick, Val.
-
I might. I didn't see the Ring trilogy in theatre, although I am a fan of the series and the books, more so. The person below me watches cable new shows.
-
I know little of either one, so.. karate. give up on the season or keep hoping?
-
I have no idea, actually, and there's no one living anymore who would know the answer to that. The person below me has a relative with a birthday today.
-
I have thought about it, but that's probably as far as I will go. The person below me sucks at video games.
-
white, what's left of them. None, if they all burn out this season. fried, boiled or over easy?
-
Rising Sun, The Hunt for Red October, and Castaway. And Finding Nemo. Oh, you said one? The person below me often dislikes tv series and movies others rave about.

Almost two decades (18.5 years). Please someone, shoot me? The person below me had vacation plans centered around hockey (now cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control).

Life on other planets. I have far more faith in NASA than I do drunk bubbas staggering around in the woods, seeing apparitions. Lowes or Home Depot?

We don't really have "winter" here, though it gets cold. I don't have a working furnace, so I would have to say no. The person below me is tired of negative people in power (pick a venue).
