Ty is capable. If the team doesn't show up, we have a problem.

Sorry to see no Commie in tonight. We could have used his big self out there. He's such a good guy, good attitude. He will play if he's given the chance.

Food in general is good... hot meals in the winter, and cold stuff in the summer? So, it depends. I don't like things cold when they are supposed to be hot, generally, and vice versa. etc. or et al?

Only when I think about the fact that tomorrow is Friday, and that most of my co-workers are plotting their early escape for the weekend - if they aren't already gone now. I am working my butt off on complex calculations for network billing, personally. Oh. Joy. More The person below me is OK eating the same things pretty much daily.

Hope Bert gets a hat trick. Wings win, shutting down the Onion Twins in the process. Go, Wings!!! Love the late games, I get to see all of them without breaking land speed records getting home from work.

Sarnia, eh? Ketchup or gravy on your fries?

no, I haven't. I am amongst the few of my friends who hasn't. I've never had a massage, either. I am very bad about thinking I don't deserve to be indulged and pampered... mainly because it costs too much. Cheap, and practical, that's me. And boring. The person below me has climbed every mountain...

they could invite actual stars of the league instead of politicizing the event beyond recognition. I haven't watched it in about 10 years. It's become a farce. I would make it an actual competition again, and eliminate the fan votes.

^^^ People of Wal*Mart.com? I was in the grocery yesterday (with bra on, thank you...) and ran into an old acquaintance. She is retired (long ago) and still crazy, in sort of a fun way. She looked in my cart full of fresh produce and lean cuts of chicken and fish. Hers was full of donuts, candy, chips and a head of lettuce, which I can only assume she planned to use as a table decoration. "Is that it? You can do better than that!!" she bellowed. yeah, still a person of opinions, this lady. Long may she wave.

Miley Cyrus will do it for you, no worries:

Actions. Talk really is cheap, although it's sometimes all one has. do your own taxes, or pay somebody?

I don't eat ribs, because all I can think of is that something can't breathe now... since I am eating its ribs.
-
hair... it's so freakin' hot here, that might be OK! paper cut or broken fingernail?
-
Is it part of a bigger plan that I haven't heard about, to lose shamefully to the worst teams we can find?
-
thanks! Nice, if they get this right, I will be happy.

Since we have a game tomorrow, even if we don't hear from Shanny today, I bet Babs is counting on no Z tomorrow. While I do not think this was worthy of a suspension at all, Shanahan might get forced into making an example of Z (soft on the Wings much? etc.) due to perception. Either way, this doesn't bother me much. Z and everyone else knows it wasn't malicious. A day off won't hurt him, or us.

example of suspension-worthy hit, with intent to injure. Yes, Pronger was suspended one game. What Zetterberg did... skating too fast, and unable to pull up in time, was not at all the same thing. We shall see if the league wants to make these two situations equal in magnitude and intent. One of these things is not like the other. I am glad Nikita is fine. He left the arena under his own power.

awww, cute, Brandon! You guys look very happy together. Congratulations!

Sometimes my posts get deleted for no good reason at all. No biggie. Hope Todd has another good night tonight. I am glad he's a Wing.

they were both kinda creepy, but Costello, I think. Harpo or Groucho?

I have an arthritic joint (turf toe, I think they call it), so one of them hurts all the time, pretty much. Used to it, I just work around it. The person below me is gonna watch the game tonight!

You're what? 18? Remember this conversation a few decades from now. My metabolism quit when I was 28. Rock on with the water, that's good for a lot of things!! Stress is a tough item to deal with, in terms of weight gain. Both are hard to eliminate, I've found.

*twiddles thumbs, waiting for hockey* Could be that I am addicted. A little bit. Yeah. Go, Wings! Play hard, these guys will sneak up on you. Hope to see Bert continue his return to the Bert I loved years ago. Makes me smile to see him thrive like this. Wings win. I don't care how -- but no more shoot out for a while, you might run out of goalie de-jocking tricks one day soon.

Here's exactly what it looks like: Gluten free (grain-free, actually), no sugar, low sodium, no added fats Breakfast: eggs or strawberry-banana-spinach smoothie w/ flax seed oil Snack: handful of almonds, or an apple Lunch: green salad (no dressing, but I don't like it anyway), plus a lean protein, usually grilled fish or tuna Snack: Greek yogurt, unsweetened, plus a fruit, like a handful of blueberries (my fav)or other berries Dinner: Lean meat protein (chicken, turkey, fish) plus two servings of veggies, like broccoli, squash, or yams. Portions are strictly limited. I eat no junk food at all. I have only been doing this for 10 days, but I have not lost a pound, despite killer workouts with trainer 3x week, cardio 2-3 times alternate days. Freak = me. I defy any of you to do what I am doing and not lose weight. I miss my chips and hummas. Do not get old. I am warning you.

SO good to see the Todd Bertuzzi I loved as a Canuck looking like he's got his game back, and then some. Love the big man. Since we don't have Chelios anymore, Bert is our resident grumpy-pants.
