Meh. I still go to the gym 6x a week (occasionally 7), can't lose weight, work my ass off. I am not discouraged enough to quit, since I don't have to imagine how much worse it could be, if I didn't do this. I don't post here because I don't think anyone who does gets where I am coming from with my struggles with fat and food and lack of results no matter what I do. I got no brag points. Good luck to everyone!

I am oddly psyched for this game. Hope the Wings are, too. I think I might have an addiction issue with Wings hockey. I am already dreading summer, for more than one reason.

Thanks, Mikey! Hope the Wings saved a couple of goals for this game. Both teams traveling to Dallas for the game (Dallas lost to St. Louis 1-0). It will be interesting to see if the "road woes" follow the Wings we saw vs. Buffalo Monday night at the Joe. Wish I could be there in Dallas. Why they put the only two games vs. Wings in January, and both on a week night, I couldn't tell ya. Too much of a drive for me, on a work night -- but I will be watching! Go, Wings!!! -

I am not usually a fan of shoot outs... but that was ridiculous!! Congrats to Babs on 400 wins, Jimmy on win #100 and the Wings with 13 straight wins at home. Happy fans!!

Not fiscally responsible lately, with fun trips. But they are situational and unfortunately not habit-forming. So I shall party a while longer, and then pay for it. Gotta have a little bit of fun every few years, right? All work and NO play makes loo surly. Higher on the cute factor: polar bear cub or panda cub?

Risking assassination here, I think it would be good to play Conks against Phoenix - just so the TEAM has a chance to show up and prove it's not him they don't like. They didn't play in front of him last night. That, and they only scored one goal.

Welcome to the forum. Hope you didn't expect any support for this thread. Conks wasn't the issue tonight. Lots of near misses, good chances not completed, and lack of scoring lost the game. The Wings never had a handle on this game, not for one moment. Blame the goalie if you want, but scoring one goal won't win many games. End of story. Go, Wings!

and when they are bad, they are very, very bad. It wasn't their night, since they didn't really ever have a handle on this game. I feel bad for Conks, mostly. Fil has a couple of great chances, and Mule hit a post... puck luck just sucked, that's all. Better game next time, guys. Onward!!
