I can go you one better. I brow-beat my stupid regional Time Warner group into showing preview Center Ice (they weren't going to because "there are no hockey fans" in Central Texas). So tonight, they're showing every other game -- except the Wings. I guess I wasn't specific enough with these morons.

it will be fine. The Wings just hit a rough patch and they will come back and win this for Nick's 1500th. Regroup and gather your energy, Wings - then come out and poke holes in Vokoun's flimsy armour. Just do it!!

The GDT is a thing of beauty, as usual, Mike, thank you! I am sorry you have to miss a chunk of the game tonight, but we will be waiting for you when you get here. I think the Wings will be ready, lots of momentum from last night. I love me some Ovie, but I do hope they keep him off the scoreboard, like they did Nash. Big test for our D, but they can do this!!

I honestly want to hear that he's OK, so we can make him cry some more on the ice. I don't follow the story, but do hope he recovers at some point. I feel bad that his career could end because of this injury. refurbish old furniture or chuck it and go buy new?
