well, I haven't been here all day... which doesn't necessarily mean I've been working all that hard. The person below me expects nothing for Valentine's Day (and is just fine with that).

I find most over-hyped holidays annoying... but Valentine's is clearly nothing but a commercial holiday. I feel bad for men who get trapped into the requirement of shelling out money for gifts. Valentine's Day should be about celebrating relationships... of all kinds. Instead it's a day for women to hammer their menfolks for not getting them something "special" just because they happen to be together. How vapid. Anyway, I like all the array of chocolates this time of year, even if I do have to buy my own.

Pretty simple stuff, because of the sore elbow. Chest presses, pullovers (with a dumb bell), cable machines like seated row, pulldowns with a bar. I have better luck with anything where I don't have to fully straighten my arm - since I still can't do that. I am back to where I was with weights and a bit more, since I maimed the elbow in mid-December. Push ups and bench presses are out still, because I can't bear much weight and straighten the joint all the way. Maybe in a few more weeks? I dunno.
