From what I can tell the Wings are uninspired out there... can't really blame Joey Mac with 2 goal lead, if no one is doing anything to make a difference. Wings can win this one, they'll wake up in the 2nd. I may have to turn off this feed, it's really really bad. Go, Wings!!

I hate the Pittsburgh one, but then I hate the team so, ok. I don't like Buffalo's either. I love the blue and gold, but really liked the 90's black and red snortin' buffalo the best. Long as they leave the Wings alone, I am good with all of these.

Many years ago, B.I. (before internet), my only source of hockey news was, well, The Hockey News. I cancelled my subscription 10 years ago, with a note telling them that their Canada-centric view of hockey was short-sighted, at best, and just plain stupid and obnoxious. I do hope no one on this site actually reads that rag for hockey news. Zata doesn't need to go to the All Star Sham. Even though he's one of the actual stars who might be in evidence, the club doesn't want him to participate. If he's disciplined in any way financially, I am sure Mr. I will happily pay the fine - ridiculous as that all is. Nick -as Captain - will probably go. He will smile, be gracious, and be the classiest person there, representing the Wings and hockey in general.

I said somewhere along the line tonight that the veterans were going to have to step up. That feed from Bert to Flip was a thing of beauty. Just want to say Draper is the heart and soul of this rag-tag bunch right now. Knowing his nature and his devotion to the Wings, I have no doubt he's the one they all look to for a positive thought.
