You're kidding me. Down by 3 already, and a shorty at that? Wow. Shut out. Hey, Bryz... shut out, shut out, shut out!
-
now stop that! Ozzie for the W!! Go, Wings!!

I wear my black Joe's Crab Shack t-shirt which has an orange BOO! on the front and a skull made from a crab on the back -- very scary. buy good stuff you can eat yourself if the kids don't show up, or buy junk and give a lot away per kid?
-
Both are perfectly acceptable junk food items, so it's a mystery. The person below me didn't know there was a spell check on this forum. You wouldn't know it, judging from some of the posts I've tried to read. *indecipherable*

Velma, she has a brain. I also had a great aunt Velma. You didn't know people were actually named that for real, did you? wax lips or vampire teeth?
-
no, but don't let me stop you. The person below me isn't afraid of snakes.

lack of attendance. The lower bowl is empty. Wow.

Sabres suck... poor Miller. Off we go, time for some whining in Dallas, it's Duck hunting season.
-
Miller was NOT happy with that goal. Wonder if his team will get it back for him. Briere is one of my favorite players, and I bet the Sabres miss him... a bunch. this is true. I am watching Sabs and Flyers, waiting on Dallas and Team Teemu to drop the puck.

dead forum today/tonight... Buffalo/Phillie tied 1-1 end of 1st.

Puck in the head. I'd rather be at hockey game than baseball. I'd rather be at a hockey game than pretty much anywhere else, actually. cell phone or regular phone?
-
I do, yes. I feel like you're all my friends. The person below me just had two desserts for lunch.
-
Sur la Table is Williams-Sonoma that you can actually afford. Pie, please... makes me think of the Birthday Bandit. Cheerios or Frosted Flakes?
-
Oh, that's soooo good, but I only like it on those little link sausages, not the patties. Don't know why. The person below me is determined to have a good day, despite the fact that it's Moanday.
-
Al, I guess. I don't know who either of them are, really, aside from they have something to do with football. Al = octopus. Williams-Sonoma or Sur le Table?
-
aww, did you have a bad day, sweetie? I am sorry... (((hugs))) I had an OK day, met up with an old friend, tried out a new restaurant, Bess's Bistro - belongs to Sandra Bullock who lives here in Austin now. It was mediocre and expensive - lesson learned. Some twit in a Volvo narrowly missed sideswiping my Honda making an illegal lane change, so I have to say today was good -- my car is intact. She missed me. The person below me needs to get stuff ready for work tomorrow -- but doesn't want to go to work tomorrow, so they are procrastinating. Wait. That's me.

About the same time the Travel Channel became ghost stories, ghost adventures and ghost what-evers... The person below me isn't dressing up for Halloween.

Old school, if you are talking Warner Bros. classics, etc. carnivore or vegetarian?

^^^ yep, who wouldn't want to be a Red Wing? I hope Modano has the same experience here. He wasn't crapped on in Dallas (the fans adore him to this day, rightfully so), but he had to feel a bit cast aside that the franchise wasn't willing to let him finish his career as a Star. My hope is that he prospers as a Red Wing, and we're the richer for his signing with us. Bert has earned his place in Detroit and I couldn't be happier for him.

Oh, Jaro by 10,000 miles. As for not-so-super Mario... he was a fine player whom the media blabbering made me hate beyond reason, exactly the same way I hate the current big fat blubbering baby from Pittsburgh. No surprise to me that Crysby lives in Papa Mario's basement. He learned his trademark whining act, sitting on the knee of the master. Perhaps he still does sit there on occasion. What an image, eh? Sorry, if you're trying to eat breakfast. hand out trick or treat candy, or turn out the lights and hide?

Selanne is without a doubt a world-class player, but he needs to shut up. I understand senior players supporting their (whining) coaches, but really now... this was marginal at best, no one was hurt except your ego. And by the way, poor officiating against the Wings, some of it in this joke of a building, contributed to your name being on the Stanley Cup, so... shhh!
-
I was more than willing to see Bert given a chance as a Wing. He took it and he's been great. He does his job, and does it well, never makes waves, and has been an asset to the team. What's not to like? Go, Bert!
-
why don't we just make the entire sport no-contact, and I can quit watching? By the way, I think the guy they suspended the other night for grabbing a fan ought to get a bonus -- the fan asked for it -- and LOVED it, no doubt. They're playing hockey, not tiddly-winks. Jeez. oh, ummm, GO KRONNER!!

Anyone who needs a cheerleader to tell them when to cheer at a hockey game probably lives in Atlanta, Nashville or Raleigh NC. It cheapens the experience for me, somehow, and make the franchises who do it look stupid. The knowledgeable fans who are there for the game (assuming there are some) are most likely embarrassed. I hope the Wings never stoop to this, but the way things are going, it wouldn't surprise me.

I eschew "energy drinks" -- most of them are full of sugar and other things which are bad for you. Soda isn't great for you, either, but better than some of that other stuff. peddle pushers or capris?
