It's a nice place, great food, lots of parking, central, etc. The guys who own/run it are members of the gym I belong to, right down the street at Shoal Creek and Anderson Ln (MoPac). Gym One is a good source of bouncers, it seems. Anyway, I asked the owner if he'd show Wings games and he said, you bet, all we had to do was ask.

There are quite a few of us here... the sports bars tend to be pretty unwilling to show hockey games, they prefer football. But I am friends with the owners of Cover 3 (central Austin, Anderson Lane and Burnet area). They will show them for us, so I suggest a get together when the season starts. Their food is great, too. That, and we could meet up at Texas Stars vs. Griffins games. PM me if you want details on the area. I've been here for a long time. I hope Kariya feels better and comes out of this OK, of course. He's 36 so laying off a year won't exactly help him, career-wise. Health is more important, though. Personally, I won't miss the diving and other such performances. I always thought he was a better player than that, and was disappointed when he chose the low road.

I agree with Shaman that Ericsson suffered from Lebda-itis at times, but he's right about performing his best. Needless to say, a season without half the team injured at any given point in time would help everyone look better.

absolutely. I've never met a Pixar movie I didn't like/love. The movies I hate the most are the formula-type, stereo-typical love and slapstick, sappy movies (90% or so of what I see advertised). The person below me has time on their hands.
