I was already exhausted, so I skipped the GDT when I saw the score (missed the game, yay!) The person below me thinks this woman is a phenomenal talent.

what a beautiful baby... you all look great and so happy. Thanks for posting!! Here is where I was during our latest loss today My dear little friend, Billee, celebrating her 92nd birthday... My dear friends of nearly 30 years, Al and Nancy (kneeling beside Billee), and me on the far right in the picture. Me, kneeling beside Billee, and three of my co-workers, who also are long-time friends of the birthday girl... ** I look exhausted in this picture. That would be because I am exhausted... and a surprise visit from a mariachi singer (the young woman is a hospice aide to Billee). He was really good -- too loud from the room, but Billee was delighted. Only in Texas!

I am bumping this thread, rather than reposting the numerous hilarious Pens-related gems. It seems fitting on game day.

carrots... I like carats, too. Harder to come by, though. do-si-do, or skip to my loooooooooo?
-
Under the padding, yes I do. Quads of titanium, as well. The person below me thinks most food tastes better with cheese on it.
-
I'd probably explode. I will (and do) talk to anybody... never been good at the silent treatment. The person below me has seen the Wings get a s*** o** in person.
-
you're gross, Jack. Feces. Makes me think of the Gilda Radner/Rosanne Rosannadanna bit about endangered feces. "Never mind!" or "Jane, you ignorant ****"?
-
I don't do either, but I would imagine Wendy's is more healthful? I haven't been in a BK since 1982. Seriously. So I dunno, really. Sonic has the best breakfast sammich. But you might not have them where you live... sneakers or tennies?
-
nope. I am the only one in the building... spooky place, this. The person below me has moments of true happiness in their life (I live vicariously, so spill it!)
-
I still think we have two fine goalies, and I love Jimmy... but I will say I thought he was too young. I am pleasantly surprised - he looks like a veteran out there most of the time. I am very proud of him. The person below me is allergic to cats.
-
I am pleasantly stunned that they won... at all. How sad is that? But yay!! The person below me has chapped lips.
-
I graduated from college before most people on this board were even thought of... no. The person below me knew that today is Dominik's 45th birthday. Happy birthday to my goalie!
-
Miracle Whip Free... I could eat it with a spoon. Yum! be stuck sitting next to a squalling baby on a plane, or big fat farting guy in the middle seat?
-
oddly, while chaotic and confrontational as usual -- it wasn't too bad. I won several battles for my clients. Always a good thing. The person below me doesn't think Valentine's Day is all that special.
-
I could have missed it and told you they would lose by one goal, the only detail was whether it would be OT or shoot out. I would rather watch them, though. Win or lose. Darren Pang or Scott Hamilton (assuming they are not actually the same person).

I may die of thrilled-ness before tomorrow night. Kronner!! Go, Wings, time for a big W
-
oh, my, yes... I have many fleurs, including 17 antique rose bushes. The person below me recycles can and everything else possible.
-
lemon drops, I thinkey... polka dots or plaid?
-
I would like to lead the cheering squad for Dawn, who also keeps me on the straight and narrow when my brain breaks and I am in the wrong thread. :colorbounce: :colorbounce: :colorbounce: Go get em, girl!!! The person below me has met Nick Lidstrom.
-
can't say that I do. I don't watch football, so I haven't seen it. several small trips/vacation days here and there during the year, or one big blowout trip/vacation?
-
chicken if I cook it, fish when I eat out. It smells up the house so I don't like to cook it. headache or stomach ache?
-
Hurry up, Andreas.... sorry, Brett.
-
I liked Sammy, but this makes me very sad, indeed.
-
sort of the same as the Wings getting screwed on phantom goals and such. He got a penalty because he is Dominik Hasek.

Breakfast, Dinner and Supper -- and then Edi laughs at me. work all weekend for no extra pay and have the knowledge that you will not be slammed quite so badly next week, or take the weekend off from working on deadlines and know that all Hell is going to descend on you come Monday?
