I like the chunky cranberry chutney I make from scratch (with oranges). The jelly stuff is pretty good, too, though. The person below me has another TG dinner to go to today.

they do need to do better on the scoring, but in fairness, it has to be discouraging to have the officials waive off goal after goal. Last night was just another example of this trend. The Wings will come out of this fine. It's just really hard to watch right now.

Gotcha. And ditto, at times, darlin... I am far too trusting, and recently, find that to be not so good a trait to have. The person below me took on a complicated project too late tonight, and now just wants to go night-night.

nope, I am having more tomorrow. I didn't cook this year and didn't get any leftovers from eating out on TG day... so no, I am not tired of it. edit: Nope, no trips planned, though I used to love to travel when I could afford it. Staying put. The person below me prays for patience with someone they love... daily.

Thanks for the thread, I needed a laugh this morning. No way Babs will get fired. Mr. I knows his team as well as Babs does. They have problems at the moment, but they will be fine. I am looking forward to seeing the Wings come from where they are now to the top of the heap in the playoffs. They will do it. And Babs will be behind the bench. -
oh, green beans with those crunchy french-fried onions. Challenge: try not to eat all the onions before adding them to the casserole. Or is that just me?? dark meat or white meat turkey?

not cooking today, but I am on Saturday. We are doing TG on Saturday at a dear old friend's house. I am making poached pears, with whipped sweet Italian cheese. Alcohol is involved in the process. The person below me plans to eat a LOT today!!!

nope, staying put this year. I am going to various friends' homes locally and mooching off of them. Actually, I am taking contributions to each visit, but don't have to actually cook the whole meal. The person below me has a killer dessert recipe for the holidays.

I am annoyed with people all day long because of my job. I stay fairly positive, which my clients find to be an amazing thing. They're just glad I am here to do their dirty work. The person below me knows someone with an Olympic medal.
