"Have a nice Christmas..." now get back in the box. LOL~~ Is it just me or does Jason Williams still suck ever so slightly?
-
oh, I couldn't be happier with that. Boohoo, Stoll!! LOL~~~~~ 1000 pts for Lids!!! Goal #1 for Z for the season. Beauty-ful!!!!

Hi, I think they're lookin' good tonight. Much improved from last game's debacle -- not that it would take much to look better than that.
-
http://www.ustream.tv/channel-popup/red-wings-live I am watching here. It's a tiny bit choppy but not worth mentioning.
-
oh, post. And a reference to how old Chelios is, too? My evening is complete.

He's weird. No, I have never taken a pic of anything on me or had one taken with no clothes on. I think more of humanity than that. By the way, I am conducting "Drink or Treat" in my front yard on Halloween. Candy for the kiddies, and beer/wine for mom and dad (if on foot, needless to say). Mine was the most popular house on the block last time I did this. The person below me has a gob of stuff to do and doesn't want to do any of it.

chicken salad, yum! creamed corn or corn on the cob?
-
that's a toss up with me. I love them both. Snoopy, if you force me to choose, because he drives the zamboni. frilly Victorian furniture or sleek modern furniture?
-
I love Woodstock (and Snoopy). That little yodel was adorable. The person below me stayed out of the Halloween candy today.
-
not a big PB fan, but chunky, I guess. big corner chunk of cake with lots of frosting, or plainer cake with a little bit o' frosting?
-
I wouldn't call it great, but it was OK. No major meltdowns... The person below me has had to use an extraordinary amount of patience today with someone close to them.

Rafalski will be worth the money. Just you wait and see! Please say you will be around to admit it when he turns it up and is awesome? As for being a zero in leadership and inspiration, not necessarily about Raffi, but that I have to agree about, including everyone on the team in that category. None of them seem to have any sort of focus this season, nor did they last season. They seem to coast from game to game, with no real interest in winning or losing. I am sure they don't feel that way, but the spark is missing. We need someone to inspire and admire, to light the fire. I don't see that person on the current roster.

this is starting to remind me of what happened to the Stars last season. They lost key players early on (Morrow, Zubov) and never caught up with who they had left. It cost Tippett his job -- wrong move in my opinion. It wasn't Dave's fault. Anyway, I am praying for health for our guys. Losing Mule was bad enough, but if we start down a road of injuries of any duration at all, it's going to be a major hurdle to overcome.

Red, of course. Jaw breaker or giant gumball?
-
nope, I am here, mentally ill as usual. The person below me needs to return an important phone call.
-
yeah, I hate choppy video -- but I don't have much choice this season. The person below me likes to read in bed.
-
Me? Warm. Tea? Cold. Free but crappy quality, or expensive but worth every penny?
-
not really. The person below me has a headache...
-
CD VHS or DVD?

I want to see some accountability. From anyone. Anyone?? They should not just let this one slide and move on, forget about it. I think an atmosphere of apathy and not taking responsibility for lack of effort and team cohesion/chemistry early on will blow up in their faces, just as surely as a culture of work ethic and determination would be helpful. I've watched one too many seasons of the Dallas Stars doing just exactly what I watched tonight to not know the outcome of this season, if things don't change. I don't see any passion at all. Ho hum....
-
I would like for them to take some responsibility and act as if they know they need to play better -- not that it would take much effort to do that at the moment. I seem to see a "reaction" of, oh, well... *shrug* whatever... from the Wings. No self-analysis, no one is calling anyone out, no one is stepping up and saying -- I can be better and everyone else needs to work as hard as I do, or else! No challenge, no work ethic, no role model for determination. Average, get by, on to the next game if this one sucks. Is that OK with you, Wings? Really?
-
this is the first game I have been able to see this season, thanks to Versus. Have they looked this bad in the other games? Seriously? Yes, indeed... no offense, no defense, and average (at best) goaltending = a long regular season and short post-season. Mule and Lilja, we miss you...and Hossa and Sammy, I miss you even more.
-
Even with a three goal lead, the Sabres act like they care and play as if they want to win. Pay attention, Wings!! And.... we're off to the box, again.
-
Howard and Miller are tied at .90 I can handle that. edit: correction, Howard is at .92, better than Miller.
-
woo. OK, it's the last ten minutes of the game. Time for the Wings to show up and play now???
