I understood you perfectly. Scary, ain't it? The person below me thinks we all spend too much time in the Water Cooler threads.

Kopecky goes along with his buddy, Hossa, to the Hawks. Surprise.
-
hate to say this, but Hossa came to Detroit to win a Cup. He didn't perform to his own expectations, never mind ours, in most cases. I believe he may think the Hawks have a better chance than the Wings at coming out on top of the heap next Spring. Don't shoot the messenger. The Wings didn't bring it in the end and the Pens took it to them. I am more than aware that half the team was injured, but facts are facts. A healthy Wings bench would have stomped the Pens, again. But that was then and this is now. I wish Marian only the best, but I hope the Hawks lose early in the playoffs, or we're all going to be upset if Hossa is the one who leads them to the Cup.

not really surprised about Mac. But Aaron? -
I don't care for croutons. Or the alternative situation, really. hot tea or iced tea?

oh. dear... no, sorry, I haven't done that sort of thing before. I am willing to work harder than most people, especially yard work, to the point where other think I am crazy, however. The person below me has taken on a project which ended up being far more complicated and time consuming than they ever could have imagined.

Edit: I never take lunch, am always here early and always work late. Break and lunch do not compute. heh~ "coke" -- we call all soft drinks coke here, regardless of whether they are Dr.Pepper, Sprite, 7-up, or actual Coke products. cookie or cupcake?

Love shopping, hate having no money to shop with. The person below me thinks hamsters are the best pet, ever.
-
they're welcome to him. They can buy him out next year when he's a bust. Works for me.
-
I call them evil. I don't own any and haven't for close to 20 years. It's 107 here today. Call them suicide, if anything. Panty hose, if you simply want my personal nomenclature, however. Nylons to me means separate legs + garter belt = never gonna happen in my world, either. The person below me has seen rain in the past month.

I think Shanny would be a great commish. Alternative jobs might include being my cabana boy, bringing me drinks and rubbing suntan lotion on me by the pool. The person below me has more than one McFarlane hockey figurine.

Have... you been in my house, Karen? I have a whole room full of boxes, whose contents are a mystery to me. I recently moved them all out to another room and spent hours yesterday going through them. It could take months. Ack. I need a bigger garage, that's where most people put their mystery boxes. The person below me parks their car in their garage (me), and doesn't have it full of junk.

In the middle: Mulching mower with a special "gator" blade which shreds the clippings and puts them back in the lawn. Good for 'raking' leaves in the Fall, too. Sprinkler system or watering by hand?
-
coffee... mmm~~ BTW, my friend in Dallas made me a "Vesper" martini (your recipe, Casey - complete with a lemon rind swirl in the glass). Pretty impressive, I will say. Diet Coke or the Real Thing?
-
Wouldn't it be interesting if Conks goes back to Pittsburgh as their back up... and kicks our asses next season? It could happen, don't laugh. Sorry to see ya go, Ty. You did a great job for us when you were needed.

don't know a damned thing about either one, in terms of sports teams. Animal-wise, given the choice, I prefer tigers. Or maybe a li-ger? panda bear or polar bear?
-
nope, but I used to have a boyfriend who could have been considered exotic. And a pet. The person below me thinks this is odd: cheetoes? really??
-
Guthrie and Seeger. See above ToT. Good choice, BTW. Yoopers rule! UP! staples or paperclips?
-
neither.... how old are you?? *snicker* If I have to choose, then... Hammertime! duh..duhduhduh-duh-duh..duh-duh!! Hammertime!! Arlo or Pete?
-
that would be me, I need to get some sleep, for sure. So tired... big project at work and lots of stress to go with it. Yay. The person below me likes those little spicy hot peppers Olive Garden puts in their sooo good salad.

oh, live fireworks, of course. Although they will probably all be banned here this year. We're in a historic drought here, I can just see the entire town in flames from stray fireworks. It was 106 here today. acoustical or electric?
-
I seem to get picked a lot for JD, and it's a pain -- but a privilege. The tough part is losing time at work, and then not being chosen. There goes the day. Oh well. No, they can't get me for three more years (municipal) and two more for federal. I had to go for both last year. Yay! The person below me thinks politicians who screw around with mistresses and then cry on camera when they get caught are both pathetic and laughable simultaneously. * excuse me while I go pack for my upcoming hike on the Appalachian Trail.
-
Nah, I just come here and ask some of the people on this site who know more than the NHL does about CBA and how it affects the game and the Wings. LWG-wiki. The person below me has freckles.

Neither. I don't like movies. Never go, they're too expensive. I can't sit in a dark room for 2.5 hours when I have too much else to do. DVDs, I like. If the film is worth it, I buy it when its on sale at Tar-**** or Best Buy. Otherwise, I don't see it at all unless it pops up on TV somewhere. markers or crayons?
