I hope Stuart stays. He's part of the machine that accomplished this and he's only going to get better. I swear they got better with each round this season. I feared Brad would pack up and head for California when the run was over, but now... I hope he got a taste of what it's like to wear the winged wheel and stays.

It was just awesome. Detroit knows how to throw a party, that's for sure. Congratulations to the residents of a state where the best team in the NHL proudly resides. All of the rest of us who live far (some of us very far) away were with that 1 million + in spirit. Some of us were with you online and hope no one at work was monitoring or noticed. Great celebration for a great team!

What a wonderful story Ozzie's been this season! I saw that clip on the live feed. Yes, at work, so I hope no one noticed. I don't really care if they did. He is awesome in so many ways, no one deserves recognition more than Chris does. He's earned every cheer and kudo, for sure.

probably asked and answered... are the players going to address the crowd now, or is this over? I missed all the players (meeting) except the last three... and saw the CUP!! Watching ch 4 live feed and hoping that there's more!!

Me, too, on the live feed from downtown. I have a meeting in 15 minutes so I will miss the players, I guess. Sure looks like fun!!! And a beautiful day in Detroit, too. Detroit sure knows how to throw a parade/party!! It's great!!
