they're certainly trying to, aren't they? boo..
-
unbelievable. Truly....
-
one post bad, next post .... good!!!! Can I repeat often enough, how much I love Pavel Datsyuk???
-
I was impressed with the Stars this season. Missing Stu Barnes out there, for sure, and Zubov is about half-speed, with all the late season injuries. I expect Dallas to be right back in the hunt next season. Too bad Smith is gone, though. I liked him a lot.
-
was just thinking that... The Wings need to figure out how to get the puck more. The Versus announcers are mourning the missed chances for the Stars. Gad.
-
I've seen this before... it won't take much to deflate them entirely.
-
how many shots did Dallas get on 6 minutes of penalties? 2, 3...?
-
gee, it sure is funny how the Wings forgot how to play hockey overnight, with all three penalties this period on them. Or could it be the league wants to prolong the series?
-
gotta give Dallas credit for trying... but if history is a teacher, they will fizzle out here in just a bit. If the Wings get a goal about now, it will derail the Stars, big time.
-
Wings need to deflate Turco soon with a goal. Oh, great, here we go again. Lidstrom in the box.
-
shots are 5-3 (Dallas/Wings)? It looked more like 15 -3. Yeesh...
-
hang in there, Ozzie and Wings. Stars will wear themselves out in a little bit, they're "injured" according to the announcers.
-
wow, Ozzie... they are not kidding around, those Stars. Whew~
-
LOL~ "Osgood got in the way of that one." Yes, yes, he did.
-
I love Datsyuk... did you see that spinorama pass?
-
it's a bad omen when your (home team) anthem singer sucks. It's all good.
-
sorry, just trying to be positive.
-
what happened to the goalie (LA Kings?), named Fukufuji?
-
HOORAY that Johan is OK, first of all. And yippee that we get him back soon. Great news!
-
I love the picture of McCarty!! That would be a great McFarlane action figure.
-
I expect no less than a valiant effort from Morrow and his Stars tonight. However, if the Wings bring their A game -- as they have the last 9 outings -- there is little hope for the Stars. I wouldn't be willing to say it's a lock/sweep... as I have seen many a game where Dallas pulled a fast one and won, despite the odds. They are capable of it. 3-2 Wings in regulation, sez I. Good luck to both teams, and no injuires for either side, please. Dallas is a worthy opponent, in my eyes.

I am biased.... and you're not????? You don't even know what you're talking about half the time, and bringing Dom's kid into it... is just ridiculous. Maybe he has a reason for not wanting to associate with some of you all. I don't doubt it. Grow up.
-
so pointless, isn't it? I don't understand the hatred for Dom here. Never seen anything quite like it, really... esp. since Ozzie seems to actually appreciate him. I can see Oz being considered for the Conn Smythe -- but I don't see him as a shoo-in for it, as many do. Goalies generally win the CS when the team isn't capable of winning the games, so the goaltender has to. Ozzie would be (and has been) the first to say, he hasn't had to do that since the team has stepped up and played incredibly since the shaky early round one games. That takes nothing from Ozzie's efforts, but does realistically point out that Mule, Z, Datsyuk and others have been just as big, if not a bigger factor in the current roll toward the finals. Anyway, Ozzie stepped in and the team took off. It's hockey, it happens.

thanks Doggy... there really is an endless need here for some to trash Hasek, hoping to make Ozzie "look better," as if there's a need or a point in doing that. You can't stop it but good try... I have given up 'reasoning' with them.
-
For those who simply can't stop beating the dead horse Hasek rode in on, I am calling animal control if you don't quit it. Back on topic - which wasn't bashing Hasek, but surprise, surprise!!!! Congrats to Ozzie! He's earned all the praise and accolades he's garnered this season, for sure.
