Don Cherry is senile and/or missed all the monster hits by Kronwall, among others. The Wings were just fine in Round 1. I was so impressed by Kronner!

this was true in the regular season as well. I never have understood questioning the goalie about the number of shots he faced, as if that's something the goaltender controls.

nice avatar... and I agree with your post. I had more fun watching the Stars dismantle Anaheim than I did watching the Wings win. Does that make me bad? I guess I don't hate the Preds as much as I do Anaheim, or something.

I think the better you are, the more people like to see you fall. So, when a team Like the Wings puts forth a really great effort and wins, the critics have nothing much to say. It's just AP, ignore it. Game 6 wasn't won by luck, any more than any game ever is. Lidstrom is skillful, not lucky. It's not like we haven't seen him score on a 100ft shot before, right?
