look at our little boyz show up, Flip and Kopay! Anaheim announcers are in mourning, saying it's a tough break for the Ducks. Yeah, whatever. Skill, baybee. Z can rest his back and not worry about a thing tonight with this kind of performance from the role players.

that was a fun little flurry. Refs seem to have swallowed their whistles for the time being. Quoth the announcers, "Neidermayer feathers the puck ahead..." Ducks? feathers? Sorry, it struck me as funny at the time....

we are used to it. Dom certainly is accustomed to non-calls in his favor. Anaheim announcers are truly bad, at least tonight. They did make it til beginning of the 2nd to mention how old Cheli and Dom are though. Happy birthday, Homer!!

ugh. Is it time for the second yet? The intermission/interviews are really bad. All Star this and All Star that. Neidermayer should be ashamed. Rafalski got the best payback, so far, though. Hope he gets a couple more "statements" in tonight.

you just missed a couple of double minors, Bert smushing Dom, and Rafalski the Snubbed One scoring on Giguere. Other than that, you didn't miss much. j/k It's been... fiesty. Ledba trying to go with Weight, and Danny Cleary standing up to Bert. Or trying to, I think he's a hero for trying, personally. We need Cheli to get out there and throw himself on Bert like he did in the '02 playoffs.

I wish I had the Detroit feed. The Anaheim announcers are pretty bad, and the intermission lady... well, let's just say the poor girl who did TV break fill-in features in LA was better last night.
