Kira is going to that game, with her friend from Boston. That should be fun, she'll be glad to see Homer back!
-
hope it's not too bad.... we need Homer back, soon. I wish we could play one game without someone going out injured.
-
surely the Wings do not NOT care if they win...? Trying for 4th? I don't believe it...
-
doing laundry here, but only between perry-odds. But I am disappointed in the lack of zip so far. However, they have the third to get with it, yes?
-
so is it too much to expect the Wings to answer the answer?
-
and just as I was going to say, "Don't let them answer!!" they did. Dammit....
-
Datsyuk with a flukey one, but we will take it!! Nice spin-around and bounce it off the goalie's skate. Nice!!
-
you're not crazy a tall. I decided to share some of my income tax return with LGW, because I love the forum.
-
and why is this? It is driving me nuts to see them this way. Where is the puck possession? Waiting for the third to get with it, guys? hewwooo~~
-
they need to try a bit harder to get in a situation where they can shoot the puck, for sure. This is maddening.

Y-M-C-A... it's fun to stay at the Y-M-C-A~~ St. Louis is tiny, too, but there the similarity fades... Huddie has time to develop, though, so who knows?
-
SOG almost even, 14-15 Wings/Kings
-
at least they're crowding the Kings net a little more... keep plugging, Wings!!
-
whatever it takes... too bad about the Kronner assisted goal.
-
Drapes, shot right to the breadbasket. Easy stop... Burke is a happy guy right now.
-
SOG = 11 Kings, 2 Wings. um, what's going on out there, guys?
-
oh, I need an Excedrine. Kronner, thanks so much...
-
now, now... let's try and be positive! Congrats to HR40, quite an accomplishment...

:looney: Bettman First reaction: :rotflmao: Then, once I think about it a little. Can we impeach him and put Brett Hull in there now?

well, that was ill-advised, to say the least. Fortunately for Simon, Hollweg seems to be OK, and not disabled (though I haven't checked his status today). Even some of the Isles fanbase think Simon should be gone for the season and playoffs. He had intent to injure, I would say, since he apologized for letting down the team but not for the attack on Hollweg. Not to say Hollweg is an angel, either, but Simon's rash action led to his team losing the game. I am sure he is sorry about that. Ah, well... if someone had put that sort of smackdown on a Red Wing, we would be calling for at least a season-ending suspension.

Let's go, Red Wings! Happy that we get Detroit feed tonight... no prediction on score, but I would love to see a hattie from someone. Lang? Stranger things have happened.

I think so. Was that the one where Homer was completely parallel to the ice, suspended in mid-air, with only the blade of his stick touching the ice? Phenomenal. Roy never had a chance! I have many fond memories/ images from that WCF vs. the Avs.
-
I can only imagine. Literally, being a female. You have my admiration for being the demolition man for your team, as Homer is for us.

Wings rule the airwaves! And yes, that is waayyy too early for a hockey game. I hate day games, perry-odd, since I expect the players to be out of sorts and sleepy. On the other hand, to quote Babs: "They (referring to the other team) were ready, so why weren't we?" Good point. It's early for both teams. I got to see a Wings game (replay) on my friend's HD TV home theatre set up a few weeks ago. OMG. What a difference... it was awesome.
