Well, that is good. The Wings get to rest, since TB has been resting for three days, So no penalty to the Canes for forgetting to make ice, I guess? I feel very bad for the local Wings fans who paid a lot for tickets to the game, for Christmas presents. Nice going, Canes. -

Ozzie's back yard! So, when the Canes have to forfeit this game because they forgot to provide ice, we get an automatic 2 points. And they get fined by the NHL. Right? I have no idea, but this is what should happen. -

so much for starting on time -- and this time, it has nothing to do with the Wings. Add this to my long list of why hockey does not belong in Hickville, or anywhere south of Ohio, basically. Go, Wings... destroy them, please. Eventually. Assuming they figure out that water freezes into ice at roughly 32 F /0 C. They are from Carolina, though, so that science-y thing probably eludes the locals there. -
Great to see Z (almost) smile during a post-game interview. I hope this is a turning point for the Wings, and that they carry on going forward with this confident, gritty game under their belts. LGRW!!

On we go to Saturday. None of the Wings want to lose, so I know they're doing their best. Their best is not good right now, is all. Only the players can turn this around. Let's see if they can do it. I for one won't leave them, love them when they are great, and love them now. LGRW!!!
