I'm pretty much in the same boat. I have spent some time on the HF boards but it seems like mostly arguing over there. It would be nice if this place picked back up eventually. I wonder how that one girls hamsters are doing. -
I was 9 when Sergei was drafted, and I was just starting to really get into hockey; he was the coolest player to me. I met him a few years later at an autograph signing at Gibraltar trade center and I can still remember how excited I was to meet him while I was waiting in line. Essentially for me, this is where it all started. I'm really excited his number is finally in the rafters where it belongs.

Lucky for him he didn't have to back to GR. He has a hard time finding it. Last time he ended up in GR Ohio.

Another thing I was noticing in the last few games is how weak we are in front of our own goal. Lots of traffic not being cleared, and a lot of tipped goals in the last few games. If you cant out muscle someone to move them, at least tie up their stick.

our secondary scoring could pick it up a bit too. Larkin Cat, and Ray are really caring the team.

I like our compete level this year. Don't like how Gibson is playing. I feel like we could have brought up a goalie and got the same performance out of them, but for way cheaper.

Essentially they would be helping us dump 3.4 in Holl instead of retaining any of Karlsson. I'd be okay with this.

I was just reading that Detroit is one of the teams that has called Pitt about Karlsson. I hope they plan on retaining a lot of that 11.5. What would you be willing to give up, and what would you be comfortable with as far as salary?
