This for sure. Don't like either team (aside from a couple players) but I love watching them face each other. Aside from that, I really like the kings. Although that took a hit when Lucic went there Also, I really like the oilers, and stars. And would like to see Tampa do well but since they're in our division, not too well haha

Dumb that he was in it but in a funny way.. Dumb move in a sad way that he's being forced out of it. Bad PR move by the league too really.. him playing, although a ridiculous thing, would lead to many more viewers. When is the last time you remember the all-star game getting talked about this much?

Hope AA is back soon. I'll be at their game in a couple weekends.. would love to see him in the lineup. Thanks for the analysis of Frk, krsmith. I've actually been meaning to ask you about him, given how many Griffins games you watch. It's nice to see him making so much progress after he looked like he might be not much more than an ECHL/AHL bubble player (going strictly off his playing time and location, not actually watching him play) the last couple seasons.

I'm not sure if they'll sign autographs during warm-up or not.. I imagine it depends on the player. Your best bet would be to watch warm-ups from right next to the tunnel and catch him there I'd think. They'll let you go down to watch warm ups even if your tickets aren't down by the glass. Doors to the Joe open an hour and a half before game time. Getting there then would probably be best.

It's definitely nice to see frk putting up the numbers he is.. hopefully he's a late bloomer and develops into at least a third line scorer. I'd be happy with that

Found on nhl power rankings: "Petr Mrazek entered Thursday having played in eight straight games and had a .931 save percentage." Then won last night with a .972 Sounds like more of a starter/backup situation lately than a tandem to me..

Yeah I agree torts is not a very good coach as far as the nhl goes but I think he'll find more success in Columbus than he did in Vancouver.. Also, he can be pretty entertaining at least

I've never been a big fan of torts either but CBJ has a roster geared much more toward his style of coaching than Vancouver did imo. I blame his lack of success in Vancouver as much on it being a bad hire as I do on torts.

I almost included that question as well.. Why would Detroit be his "team of choice" as the article suggests? Holland and Detroit are known for treating their players well though.. maybe that it if stamkos really is having problems with management in Tampa or something. But most likely it's because the writer is a wings fan and so why wouldn't stamkos want to play here?! -

Just realized the article seems to suggest that stamkos would just sign in Detroit in the off season anyway.. Why would the wings give up that much to get an extra year then?
