We play without defensemen! BRILLIANT! But really yeah, it has felt like a lot of goals are scored against us because of bad bounces off our own guys but it's not like it's intentional.. it's part of the game. and you don't want to just let the other team shoot through an open lane every time. I'd be willing to bet we block more shots than we tip in.

Agreed. Hopefully jurco and glen get switched after jurco gets going.. they could just be limiting his minutes at first but it's up to him to make the most of it. that Nyq-Larkin-Vanek line looks deadly though!

Damn hope he makes a full recovery. Helm can't seem to catch a break.. He did skate off looking like he was in a lot of pain (not sure if they showed that on tv?) so I expected him to be out but was hoping it wasn't too long. Hopefully AA comes back on fire. Helm may not be the most skilled player, but we could definitely use all the speed we can get..

Hasn't miller been in and out of the lineup? I wouldn't be surprised if he were waived when AA comes back if mantha and Bert play well.

and then mantha called up... good reporting WIIM hopefully AA recovers fully/doesn't lose any speed. but stoked to see mantha play. hopefully he does enough to force the wings to keep him up.

I feel like if Holland can claim him and send him to Grand Rapids he wouldn't think twice.. I'm sure he was hoping pulk would make it there in the first place. Don't see why we wouldn't be be able to claim him?

Would also like to add it's usually worth watching any game between two teams fighting for playoff spots toward the end of the regular season. And then I try to watch as many playoff games as possible.. because playoff hockey.

Kings, Oilers, Preds are my personal favorites to watch other than the wings. Kings less so without Quick.. but the Oilers are off to a hot start and all three of these teams have some pretty exciting players.
