I'd rather give the 2nd point up to a team not fighting us for a playoff spot than otherwise. I'll take the point and run, especially the way our d was on their heels too much late in the game.

I agree. He still makes young player mistakes that unfortunately are noticeable and too often capitalized on, but he is showing more and more of the upside.Unfortunate deflection there for the winner. Still, I don't think many of us would have expected 7 of 8 points the last 4 games beforehand.

Loser point doesn't matter, they are in the other conference. With the Wings edge is ROW wings over TOR that should put them into 7th. Quite honestly, crap calls notwithstanding, the Wild carried the majority of the play and deserve the point. I still want the Wings to step up and win before the shootout.

Smith played well, but his giveaway started the sequence that led to their third goal. In fairness, he did break up a play later in that sequence. His errors just are at inopportune times.

Min has carried the play most of the time, I agree. But when bad calls or non calls result in goals, people have a right to complain. As I've said before, I don't want to win or lose due to crap calls.

Wild deserved that goal at least, nice sustained pressure. Howard deserves better support. He's doing what he can.
