Wings beat them a few days ago. The Pens' minor league team is near me. There are two kinds of Pens fans I've dealt with over the years. The ones who suffered through the dark days of Dick Tarnstrom leading them in scoring from the blue line (I've had some great hockey chats with them), and those who bandwagoned after Crosby and Malkin came along (the vast majority of whom run their mouths and don't know squat about hockey). All of their tears were delicious after the buzzerbeater a few days ago. That said, I do expect the Pens to show up with their A game to avenge that loss. It should be a good game in any case.

Hopefully Kronner's hand is OK. I don't want him to miss like E due to a shot hitting his hand.

Goose is the man. Huge props to him for his sheer awesomeness the last two months.

I want the refs to call a game fairly and accurately. Both teams and their fanbases deserve that. I don't want a cheap win due to crap officiating just like I don't want to lose due to a bogus call.

I am going through a lot of the Macallan during the last few games due to Goose and the boys. Maybe Nyquist should get a vodka endorsement from... Grey Goose?
