Thank you kindly. My wife jokes that i'm MC-YT since I frequently throw a rhymed couplet for humorous effect, or improv my own lyrics to a song for humor (or to make a point in a choir rehearsal). Back the game, good PK. I missed the first as the Center Ice preview ended and I was on hold with the cable company. Anyone have the short version of the recap thus far?

Or maybe the attempt at haiku form was symbolically sucking to represent Sammy in some metaphysical way.Edit: adding a smiley. I liked the effort and was trying to add props, not trying to be a prick. It's easy to forget the smiley when Sammy is the subject.

Well deserved. He played well for the Wings. A nice bonus is that it most likely gave the Maple Leafs fans a conniption fit.

I think one thing to consider with Smith is that he just doesn't sync well with Quincey. Having a different partner may provide a spark he needs to get out of his funk. I'm looking forward to seeing how Ouellet plays, and Danny DeKeyser in the number one spot could be foreshadowing greatness. Up front, Tatar and Weiss could be huge. The pairing has some interesting potential. Looking forward to the game. Let's Go Wings!

On the replay on the Yotes feed it looked like the puck hit the shaft of the goalie stick. Anyone have an idea what happened to Smith? (Their goalie). Based on his rep and the replay I saw it's a sell job and the goal should count. Even the Yotes announcers are calling it strange.
