Jimmy is NOT a sieve. Great hit by Tootoo! Most of the goals against he was hung out to dry.

I asked that in the GDT. It was weird not having her sing. The woman who sang was better than a lot of anthem singers I've heard. Biggest complaint (and it's more of a nitpick) I'd have was the "d"'s at the end of a couple of words weren't clear, but if I wasn't a choral director by trade I wouldn't have cared or likely even noticed.

Looked like it caught a piece of Quincey's stick and Q partially screened Jimmy. Still a good shot. Ryder is a good scorer.

Anybody know why Karen Newman didn't sing the anthem? Nice touch having Homer drop the puck.

Better than the opener. Still work to be done, but I think that shift for the Datsyuk goal was the first step in the right direction. Now if they can just turn the suck knob down on the special teams they might be in business.

That's the right call. Pierre actually did a great job with the commentary there. Hopefully the no Edzo continues. And Pavs gets the crossbar. That's 4 posts the boys have had tonight.

Pavel! It's about time the leaders step up. Great work by Hank to dig it out then feed Kronwall who sets up Pavs for a beauty. That was the first glimpse of the Red Wings hockey that they are capable of.

Agreed Datsyuk seems to have his heart in Russia. The guys are wilting big time. Maybe Tootoo should cannonball the goalie like Probie did in the playoffs for the Adirondack Red Wings to spark them. Is this the PP where they give up another SH goal?
