Got my kids an Xbox a couple months ago. One of the boys got Skyrim. I've played a bit, on the verge of level 11, not far in the main quests, doing side quests (just joined the companions). Going one hand sword, one hand magic (usually fire). I will have much more time in the summer once school is out and I don't have to teach. I'm trying to build smithing, one handed, destruction, heavy armor, eventually enchantment. Any friendly tips/advice? My profile is not on xbox live yet - i may do one in the summer. Thanks in advance. I'm also looking forward to RE6.

Good point about Shanny getting the A his first game. If giving the A to a stud winger coming to the Wings can lead to back to back Cups like it did with Shanny, then by all means sign Parise and hook him up with an A. In all seriousness, Hank gets the C, A's to Pav and Kron and Parise if signed. However, I'm not fully convinced that Lids is done just yet so this whole thread will hopefully be moot.

As I said in the game day thread of game 5 when this was first mentioned, it's a very classy act by Trotz. The guy is a darn good coach, and imho, it's a crime that he doesn't have a Jack Adams trophy yet. I honestly believe that it was purely him being classy and not trying any gamesmanship. Kudos to him.

Lol, the game was on 4/20. As far as the poll it's a tossup. Regardless of what ANYONE says, Nicknhas more than earned the right to go out on his own terms. I voted no, though I would desperately love to see him back. As others have said, if the team can rebound, that may be incentive to help lure him back. Signing big name free agents will also help, but ultimately none of us can read his mind. I fully believe that his drop-off in play is due to the injury he suffered and not being 100% yet. Regardless of his decision, I'm glad to be a Wings fan and to have had the opportunity to watch a player of his skill, integrity, and class. Nick Lidstrom is the epitome of what a hockey player should be. Thanks for 20 great seasons Nick, may we have another?
