Up to 45 min on level 4 of the elliptical and 30 min on level 6 on the bike, broke the 700 calorie mark today. I hope the hotel I'm staying in for All-Eastern chorus has an exercise room since I'm there Thurs-Sun. 1100 in one workout? I'm impressed. I just started my regimen March 10, and it's the first time I've had a cardio routine ever. I WAS feeling pumped about breaking 700 until I read your post. Next week I'm planning to bump the elliptical to level 5 and the bike to level 7. I've dropped 6.5 lbs so far from 220, I'm hoping to get to 195 or maybe 185.

Just got in after picking up the school vehicle to take my student to all-eastern chorus tomorrow morning. Saw the icky goal by the Blues. How was our goal, who got Kronwalled, who got it in the yambag and how, and how crappy has the redding been? I'm stuck with the blues feed. Crap what the heck was that?

JMac deserved a regulation win the way he played tonight. His record does not come close to reflecting his play this season. I'm not sure of his contract status but he at least deserves some consideration for the backup role IMHO.

That was a good game horribly tarnished by pathetic officiating. I have zero problem if the Wings lose due to being outplayed, but I don't like it when the game is decided by the refs, regardless of the outcome. Both teams and their fans deserve to see a game where both sides show up, play hard, and the efforts of the players, not the refs or the mandates of the poison dwarf and his cronies, decide the final score. If there is a legit penalty either way call it. I don't want to see ticky-tack calls either way.

That was a jobbing by the refs that would have made Dangerous Danny Davis of the WWF in the late 80's proud.
