I have a hunch Pavs will do something amazing tonight as the wings break through in a big way and we end up with free curly fries causing Murph to have a near aneurysm as he celebrates.

Huge +1 to this. I feel the same way about Homer, Stuart, and Modano. Better to hold them out a bit longer and maybe lose a few points to have them healthy and in full flight the rest of the season and playoffs then to bring them back early and get reinjured and be gone even longer.

Zetterberg showed how much class he has by setting up mule for the 5th. Most players would try to pad their stats with the empty netter. Hopefully the D pitches in to get Mule some sort of thank you for covering their butts tonight.

Sadly the no goal call will get more press then mules 5 goal outing.

Interesting call. Not the explanation I'd have expected. But with all the calls against the Wings on that kind of play probability finally swung to the wings side. Intent to blow would have been better. Pierre must be tweaking.

I know the Isles were the next game after since I was there. One of the guys I was with was Russian and had his hot girlfriend hold up a sign in Russian that said "five more please" when he took a face off right in front of us. He looked over, saw it, winked then took it coast to coast and buried it.
