I wish Murph could shove about ten dollar hot dogs into Darren Pang's mouth and choke him so I didn't have to listen to him. Let's pop one on this power play. Way too much shorthanded pressure for a bit there.

Meh. Empty netter. I think the guys just didn't have enough in the tank with all the injuries. Good on Kindl protecting himself. Surprisingly both Pitt announcers gave him props for it, though Errey was a wing himself for a brief time.

I'm one of them. It makes even less sense to rely on the screen and tip with Homer out. When the PK knows what to expect it's easier to play the odds and clog the shooting lanes.

The PP has gotten predictable IMHO. Down 2-0 keep it simple and set up the back door one-timer. They don't do it enough to keep the PK on it's toes so they can more easily concentrate on the blue line bomb. PP no. 2. Score on this one please guys.

Huge +1 on the props to Draper. I'd say tonight showed why he's got an A on his jersey. The D needs to improve, especially on d-zone face-offs. Joey Mac was huge tonight but they can't count on popping 6 goals every night.

Nice to see Miller continue his roll. Even his detractors have to admit he played a hell of a game tonight. The 3rd and 4th liners got rewarded on the score sheet. Mule came through nicely in OT IMHO to end it quickly.

Didn't get home in time to catch the end. At least they pulled out a point after going down by two early. Was it a matter of them not showing up for the opening face-off or were the goals against flukey? It's great they have the conditioning to outskate teams in the bird but it'd be so much better IMHO if they'd just get ahead then keep he pedal to the metal until the closing buzzer. The injury epidemic is getting old quick. What happened with Homer?

I'm on the way home from my district chorus festival and stopped at a starbucks for coffee just in time for the miller goal. Glad to see his hard work of late pay off. Hopefully when I get home in 40 minutes or so the Wings will have pulled ahead decisively.

Gave up too much too early to overcome but they played much better after the first. Six of eight points is pretty good for a western Canada swing and a game at altitude in 6 days, so hopefully they can go home recharge the batteries and come out swinging from the opening face-off next time.
