Stopping by a Starbucks on the way home from All-States (the guest conductor was Major Toven from the U.S. Army and he had several members of Pershing's Own accompanying the chorus, what a phenomenal experience for my student!). The concert kicked serious ass and it seems like the Wings are as well. What's the short recap?

Sorry, Howard needs to be pulled. If they let him finish the period with no run support, then pull him, the whole might be too big to recover from. Hopefully the guys can bear down and get back into it.

The hotel lounge where the conference has Center Ice. Got in just after the Sharts goal. Judging from the commentary it was bad.

I'm at All-State Chorus and the all-state music teachers' in-service, so I doubt I can find a feed of the game. I will likely be on wifi following the thread if the concert venue tonight has wifi access. Hopefully the boys come out with a mad-on and play a full sixty. I think you are right. His first stint he was good depth scoring. Even on his second stint when he actually played he was arguably better than Jason Williams.

Got a point, now to get the second one. Still, Howard needs to thank the guys for the run support. Most of the goals against were fluky and not his fault, but he needs to make those saves. He has had some good saves as well. Let's Go Wings!

No more dumb penalties. Howard has not looked good, but the majority of the Yotes' goals were crazy bounces. Still, there is time to get it back. At the very least, we need the two points, especially considering the injuries to Cole and Glendening.

Just rewound it. The second swipe it seemed like Helm tried to slash his left leg, but the blade caught the groin on the follow through. Either that or his spearing aim is only slightly better than most of his breakaways. I would highly doubt Smith didn't embellish it, regardless. Selfish play by Helm in any case. Great kill by the rest of the team.
