It doesn't hurt us that bad seeing as they are in a different division and they aren't a wild card team right now. We need Montreal to lose though.

The two assists that Jarnkrok has so far were not good plays by him. They were both great individual efforts by the goal scorer. I'm not reading anything into his performance yet. -
Are they being showcased? Yes....but for US out of necessity. WE get to see what we have for the future but not for other people's benefit. At this point the only player I would be ok with us trading is Ferraro. He has no future with this team.

Ken Daniels talked about the injury front and said Andersson was the only one on the radar to come back soon. Not that Daniels knows everything about Datsyuk's situation but the fact he didn't mention Dats wasn't a good sign in my eyes.

The Wings have to go 7-4-1 in the last 12 games to get to 94 points which is what experts think will be the magic number to get into the playoffs. If we win tomorrow we would only need 6 wins out of 11 games. Thats def possible especially if we can get any players back from now till the end of the season.

Ferraro had a tough game so I'm glad they won so the loss wasn't on him. He took a bad penalty in the second to give them a 5 on 3 that Malkin scored on and I counted 3 times on the 5 minute penalty that he could have cleared the puck and he couldn't do it. He is young so those things will happen of course. -

The wings don't need a center. They don't need a winger. They don't need a defenseman or goalie. All they need is a new trainer and a new offseason workout plan. This team is competitive with half the team injured. Imagine if everyone was healthy.

It wouldn't be fun to make the playoffs unless we can do it with 13 starters injured. They are just rollin up the bet.

Bring up as many prospects as we can and give them as much experience as possible. That's the most beneficial thing we can do to prepare for the future.

I used to jokingly say that half of our team was injured. Now I can say it literally. This is getting laughable. Someone get the wings some vitamins.

He had a good wrap around attempt that he almost scored on. He was trying to hard to get his shot off. He needs to let the play come to him.
