Can't stand the f*****. That being said, I would never wish injury on a player, especially on a non-hockey play where some ****** slams his head into the...oh. Well anyway hope it's nothing serious or long-term. -
@reporterchris: Rick Vaive wants to be removed from the class-action concussion lawsuit against the NHL. Says he misunderstood the nature of the proceeding. @Real_ESPNLeBrun: Not sure if this is out there or not but Rick Vaive has pulled out of the lawsuit vs the NHL.

I hope the Dept of Player Safety takes this one right in the ass. "Oh, we couldn't have possibly known he was that hurt." And that is why suspensions should be based on intent and legality of the play and not the resulting injury.

God DAMN! I know the PP is in our favor but the refs need to swallow their whistles. Call the flagrant s***, leave the game alone. There is NO fricking consistency. What's a penalty changes not only from game to game, but from period to period.
