We might be the most inconsistent team in the history of the NHL. Only thing is now there's no room for any losing and yet we continue to do it in embarrassing fashion. When we do win, it's pretty much by one goal too. -

We just finally aren't able to make the playoffs. Might just be what we need anyways. We are not a feared team. First Round exit every year regardless. Maybe we can make some big changes because it's hard to watch them not put up a fight with the season on the line. I think the defense stinks and the offense, with all that talent, isn't that much better. -

They should come out of the gate tonight the way Philly did last game and show some god damn urgency. The talent is there. They get beat to the puck, pushed around and they don't crash the net. Defensive turnovers in our own zone, no one scoring. A lot to fix but if they care then maybe we can earn ourselves a shot at the playoffs if we can muster up a nice winning streak. But yes I'm worried. But always, GO WINGS! Also: most repulsive gdt ever. I love it! -

Helm and Abdelkader belong on the 4th line. Lots of energy. I love them but they have no business being in the top 6. That's the thing about this team. A lot of these decent forwards take up the top 9 because we lack legitimate snipers. Just gotta keep getting younger. Maybe guys like Athanasiou or Mantha can come up and help. -

Howard was hideous. Watching how wussy we were and getting out muscled by a pretty scrub Devils team is really bad. Funny what a little grit and solid goaltending every night can get ya. Disappointed that Larkin was cross-checked from behind like 3 times and only Abdelkader steps up. -

Not really how you are supposed to shut the door on teams when you're up 2 before the 3rd period starts but I'm kinda sitting here not shocked. Howard looks like Brodeur the first 2 periods and then looks like Jimmy Howard the rest of the way. -
