This is like The Mighty Ducks movies. Under all this adversity can this rag tag roster make it out of this final stretch and secure a playoff spot. This in itself would be like winning a mini Stanley cup

It's just disheartening when you got all these injuries and the vets that your supposed to count on take a big dump Ericsson and Alfie playing some of the worst hockey I've seen all year. Then you got Quincey and Bertuzzi playing better. 1 step forward and 2 back

5M to do what? Kill penalties and eat minutes while getting out muscled there times for goals

All these injuries to our forwards and our 100% healthy Defense blows it. We don't have our defensive forwards to cover for them anymore. That's a bottom of the league defensive core. Atleast Ericsson is paid like a top pairing defensemen.

Ericsson can't score or play Defense but he's our top pairing defensemen. Two guys decked him out while they were on their stomach

Smith was so bad in the playoffs that I started to resent him. I want to see him do well with the Wings. He has gotten better but is still a long way from being dependable. -
Nyquist always bounces back after a bad game. The key is the mental toughness to not let this loss turn into a streak of bad play
