Have you ever watched him play? He would fit on this team perfectly. He's exactly what we need. RH shot, bomb from the blue line, racks up points, young and physical Expect Subaan to be getting 7+ when he signs a new contract and worth it imo

Helm and miller could be a deadly penalty kill duo. A couple more setbacks for Helm and I'm going to stop expecting him to play again

Lack of motivation is killing this team. The whole team is in a huge rut and that includes Zetterberg and Datsyuk. If Babcock can't have his team put forth effort unless they're fighting for their playoff lives then he needs to go. Putting Weisse on the 4th line is an ass backwards move. A move an irrational LGW poster would make not a professional coach. It seems Babs doesn't like to take responsibility for anything. He even has had a few of his assistances fired. Maybe Babs is the problem not everybody else. Powerplay, penalty kill and motivation has been terrible for 3+ years, that falls on the coaches. There is plenty of coaches that get a lot more out of their team with a lot less

Who knows. Helm could come back and end up being a real 2nd line center than this disaster could be a blessing Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Alfredsson Franzen-Helm-Tatar Abdelkader-Weisse-Nyquist Miller-Andersson-Tootoo

This is real? Lol I remember a couple years ago Cleary didn't inject this stuff in his knee but did during the playoffs maybe this is the case every year. He is noticeably better every playoffs than during the regular season

Let's face it coaching is a huge problem and has been for years. You have to beg these players to get excited to play against mediocre teams. That was one of the worst games I've ever seen Datsyuk play and he carries a lot of blame. It's blasphemy to say anything negative about zetterberg and Datsyuk because they carry this team but they have been just as bad as Franzen and Cleary effort wise. Team has given up the last 3 games I've watched.. This is terrible hockey any way you look at it It seems ridiculous right now but a change of coach would work wonders on this team it's exactly what they need. What kind of strategy and gameplay is Babcock installing on this team. It's Jekyll and Hyde and that is a coaching issue and always has been
