Smith is a terrible athlete go to bed

CBC has decent play by play... The in between periods discussion is usually quite bad mainly because P.J Harvey... Glen Healy is also quite the tool

Think the lineup is as good as its gonna get just some minor tweaking and the team showing up and competing would go a long way. Move Kindl up and replace Smith. Kindl played great for the most part last night. Smith is still probably a better option than White and Lashoff but he needs less ice time it would probably help his confidence not turning over the puck 3 times per shift. If he can string together a few nice shifts playing less minutes he may be able to dig himself out of this hole he dug. If not, put White in. Also, our forwards terrible puck support made our defense look real bad. Left them out to dry which in turn left Howard out to dry. Our forwards as a group played their worst hockey of the playoffs last night

Quincey has been surprisingly good all playoffs while having a giveaway machine as a partner. He's easily our 3rd best defenseman. I say at the very least put Kindl on with Quincey if Smith will never sit on Babcocks watchEdit: meant to quote the above post

Blackhawks owned the neutral zone. We need much better puck support. Once we got our cycle going in their zone we were good and creating chances. The team didn't want to work to get in the offensive zone was the problem.

Wings didn't feel like working hard today. Lots of standing around waiting for a pass instead of supporting the puck

Team was lazy as f*** today deserved this

Hawks are aggressive we can capitalize on it if we played hard for more than 5 minutes

See what happens when you play hard? Wings think they're a skilled team all of a sudden and they don't have to work

When there's a lose puck 3 hawks are able to grab it in the time one wing can try and get it

See how close Blackhawks play to the puck wings spread out and try and sail a hope and pray pass and it's a turnover 75 percent of the time. Gotta support your guys or hope we get extremely lucky

Wings gave up already

Forwards are terrible on the breakout and puck support. Defense has no choice but try and make the red line and dump it forcing a lot of turnovers. Wings aren't willing to try and win this game the hard way

Team is totally out of sync. Our D gets the puck and they're flying up giving them no options but to turn it over

Hawks own the neutral zone... Red wings can't make a simple pass
